Moreover, I understand that I may be subject to legal proceedings from any third parties, including but not limited to the end clients of your organisation and copyright holders of the original work who may have had their rights infringed or suffered loss as a result of my actions and that your organisation may freely supply my details to such entitled third parties for those purposes.
8. I also understand that in addition to this I will be liable to a £250 administration charge and that I may be liable for any or all legal costs used in proceedings for the breach of this undertaking.
9. In return for this undertaking I realise that your organisation will retain the copyright in the work, and not pass or sell the copyright on to any consumer, and that the work I have submitted will not knowingly be sold to anyone that intends to breach the copyright in the work, or otherwise misuse the work for ill gain.
10. In addition, in return for this undertaking I realise that the work will only be
sold as a one-off piece and will not be copied, paraphrased, edited, summarised or rearranged by your organisation to be re-sold to any consumer in the future.
11. I understand that if a brief is required to be of a specific quality standard and fails to meet that standard upon its initial submission, your organisation reserves the right to reduce the fee payable to a lower level, equal to that of the actual quality standard submitted, and to levy further penalties should amendments be required. I agree that I will amend the piece of work to the initial agreed quality standard, without charge.
12. I understand that if a brief is required to be delivered for a specific time and fails to meet that deadline upon its initial submission, and reserve the right to reduce the fee payable, so that it reflects the actual speed of service that the piece was delivered at, as well as levying further penalties in respect of the lateness itself.
13. I acknowledge that your organisation agrees that I am allowed input in to the process of dispute resolution over any alleged breach of this undertaking, and that you will fairly mediate between myself and any other interested party, however I agree that I will be duly and wholly bound by your decisions concerning the scope and execution of this undertaking, and that your decision must always be treated as final.

14. I have fully read and understand the undertaking above, and have sought legal advice on any terms I may have been unsure about. I give my permission for this e-mail, all previous work submitted, and the work I am submitting now to be used as evidence against me if I breach this undertaking.
