"Unfortunately I dont know any of the names of the people I have dealt with but I have been using you for the last 2 years and you have always been extremely efficient, prompt and friendly. Being a mature student I do find it hard to revise for exams, look after the kids, house, horse, dog, cats (oh yeah and husband lol), work and get all the research I need for the endless essays. Also, the work you send points me in the right direction of where to look for my own research and more often than not understand things so that I can revise for exams.
