The exponential growth in the knowledge based society triggered by the equally strong impact of information technology and its various tools have expanded the human intellectual creativity. Information technology portal has thus enabled both the analysis and the development of ideas and concepts between individuals through the access of a computer and a telephone connection. The combination of a computer, a telephone and the services of an Internet Service Provider have thus given birth to a generation of users who can accomplish targets previously deemed to be impossible.
