Who we are

Our history:

We belong to a company called All Answers Ltd, which you may or may not have heard of. We have over seven years of experience behind us, as we've been operating since 2003! We've got over 4,000 qualified writers on our books and 30 full-time members of staff working in our offices in the UK.

This site is one of many owned by All Answers, but it's unique in that it offers a great value service at a lower price. You can read more about this here.

Our location:

You're probably wondering where we're based? We're a UK company and, currently, we're based in a town called Arnold, in Nottingham, which is a city in the centre of England. All of our staff live nearby and work full time in our offices.

If you'd like to drop by our offices, that's not a problem as our door is always open. Just click here to book an appointment with an account manager. You can meet us to discuss your requirements (and we'll even offer you a cup of tea!).

Our ethos:

Because we value you, we spend a significant amount of time developing, honing and refining our processes and services. Currently, this includes steps towards making our control panels more user friendly, making our websites easier to use and developing our catalogue of products. (Oh, and feel free to give us feedback - we welcome all comments as this is what helps us improve the service for you!)

Our academic qualifications:

Naturally, you only want the finest writers to help you with your work. That's why we only employ graduates with real qualifications. All of our writers are thoroughly vetted before they start working for us; we check their identification documents (so we can prove who they are and where they're from), we check their qualifications (so we know they're genuine academics) and we check essays they've written in the past (so we can be certain their writing is up to scratch).

Our methods are thorough but it does ensure we only get the best working for us. How thorough are other writing companies?

Additionally, the team who will check your essay are all qualified to post-graduate level, and they've all had teaching and tutoring experience, so they know what to look for!

We pay tax and VAT just like any other company (VAT registration number: 842417633). We're even registered under the Consumer Credit Act with licence number 0612201 and we're a registered Data Controller too. (Licence number: Z1821391). Our stance on plagiarism:

Just like the universities, we're totally against plagiarism and cheating.

We spend time actively promoting how we want our work to be used, and we've placed incentives to ensure students use our services correctly, in the legitimate way we intended when the company was first set up.

We're also working closely with the media, encouraging universities to communicate with us more. We'd like everybody to see just how powerful our service can be when used correctly.
